Mary Davidson moved to Ellis County from the Dallas metroplex over 30 years ago. I instantly fell in love with Waxahachie and the surrounding area. The culture, hospitality, country atmosphere and family values convinced me as a single mother that this would be a wonderful location to raise my young son. He is now married and raising his children in Ellis County. I have since re-married and am enjoying spending time with my family, taking our grandchildren camping, or to the regional airport for the Annual Pancake Fly-In Breakfast, or one of the regional parks. There are so many places to see and enjoy in our beautiful county. My family and I have been active members of the First United Methodist Church, Waxahachie, for over 30 years.

I began my Real Estate career in 1999 here in Ellis County. I have seen and been a part of this County’s growth and development. I have many years of experience and understanding the importance of a smooth transaction when buying or selling a home. Finding your right home is the first step.
